How to place an order?
Select the products you want to purchase and add to cart. After selection, click on 'Checkout' button and you will be redirected to our payment gateway. You can select any payment option and proceed with the payment.
What if I receive my product in a damaged condition?
In case you receive our pickle bottle in broken condition, you can mail us with evidence of the same at email@example.com and we will replace your bottle within 7 business days.
How will the replacement be processed?
In the case of a damaged product, we will initiate a replacement within 7 business days of your complaint and after our confirmation mail, we will initiate the process.
Are the products prepared in a safe and hygienic environment?
At Pam's Kitchen, we prioritize quality over quantity. So, your product is in safe hands. Moreover, we are FSSAI certified as well. So you can relax and enjoy our tasty products.
Are you using natural ingredients?
We use 100% natural ingredients sourced from various authentic sellers. And we keep a check on the quality of the raw products we use in all our products.
Where do you buy your ingredients from?
We support India's decision to make everything in India and all our ingredients are 100% made in India. We support our Indian farmers and small sellers and help them in every possible way we can.
Do you use preservatives?
We don't use any preservatives. Everything we make comes straight from our kitchen and there are no chemicals used to increase the shelf life of our products.
How can I know when my product will be delivered?
Generally, we deliver the products within 3-5 business days. If your order doesn't reach you at that time, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure speedy delivery.
What if I want a refund?
We don't want to lose you as a customer. And to maintain a healthy relationship, we'll go to any lengths to service you. We don't acknowledge refunds but we can get you a replacement upon your request.
Which products are best for gifting?
All our products are best for all special occasions. But if you want our opinion and want your guests to have the best experience, we would highly recommend Zingy Lime Pickle and Mango Chutney. This is a perfect combination of sweet and savoury and we are sure your guests will love 'em.
If I want to place a bulk order, how can I do that?
